Energi IQ was appointed to completed a Dynamic Overheating Assessment for this residential development in Sutton town centre. This assessment was carried out in accordance with the London Plan requirements to undertake the dynamic overheating modelling in line with the guidance and data sets in CIBSE TM59 and TM49 respectively.

An Energy Statement was also carried out as part of the project which demonstrates how the development complies with the 35% CO2 improvement requirement over Part L as set out in the London Plan.
